A Career Through Apprenticeship – From Auto Mechanic to Entrepreneur.

René Jauk is proof that true entrepreneurial spirit doesn’t start on paper, but with grease-stained hands, a focus on the customer, and a sense of responsibility based on mutual respect. His professional journey began as an auto mechanic apprentice, took him through sales and into executive management—and ultimately led him to self-employment. What once began as a one-man operation is now a group of companies with over 35 employees and more than 15 million in consolidated annual revenue.

René Jauk embodies self-driven entrepreneurial growth —combined with solid expertise. He acquired his business foundation through adult education at the University of Applied Sciences St. Gallen (Business Administration). His passion for teaching practical skills led him to become a lecturer at the BVS St. Gallen, where he taught courses in sales management, corporate and organizational development, and economics.
